Description

Using Nexternal's eCommerce platform, merchants are able to sell their products in their own branded online store, their mobile store, on the phone, and now also in the Amazon Marketplace. Amazon hosts the World’s biggest online marketplace so it can be a powerful channel for merchants to grow their online sales. With this new integration, when a merchant’s product is ordered on Amazon.com, that order now seamlessly flows into their Nexternal Order Management System (just like an order from their branded store) for efficient processing. All orders are consolidated in one system and inventory is accurately tracked. Additionally, products and inventory are kept in sync automatically within your Amazon Seller Central account so management is super efficient.

I could not be happier with the Nexternal/Amazon integration. It runs completely seamless. For example when I update inventory in the Nexternal system it is automatically updated in Amazon. This integration has increased my sales 7 times what they were the month before using the integration. Before the integration, my Amazon sales were completely dormant. Now, they are flying in. If you are on the fence regarding the Amazon integration, I strongly suggest getting to the other side, I did and I am loving it!

A Truly Beautiful Thing

I have had at least an Amazon order per day in the past month. Furthermore, it continues to bring in customers that are new within my system, which is a truly beautiful thing. The Nexternal team did a great job in getting the Amazon integration up and running!
