Good integration - poor communication

We wish there were two sets of rankings here, because Chase Paymentech works well as a credit card processor, integrating smoothly with Nexternal's shopping cart and coordinating well with Authorize.net's payment gateway. Their fees and rates seem average. However, when it comes to their FlexCache gift card program, their reporting and online account management, and their generally sloppy attention to client needs, Chase Paymentech falls far short of a good rating.
